Judicial Council
Under the leadership of the Chief Justice and in accordance with the California Constitution, the council is responsible for ensuring the consistent, independent, impartial, and accessible administration of justice. Judicial Council staff help implement the council’s policies. Judicial Council Advisory Bodies
To provide leadership for advancing the consistent, impartial, independent, and accessible administration of justice, the Judicial Council must be aware of the issues and concerns confronting the judiciary, as well as appropriate solutions and responses. Judicial Branch Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan for California’s Judicial Branch states the goals and policy directions of the California judicial system.
