The Court of Appeal, First Appellate District (San Francisco) has announced its intention to destroy some of its civil records under Rule 10.128(d) of the California Rules of Court.
Delivered at the state capitol building in Sacramento, Chief Justice Patricia Guerrero highlighted the judicial branch’s constitutional obligations, commitment to public service, and promise to provide fair and impartial justice for all Californians.
The leaders convened following Chief Justice Guerrero’s fourth State of the Judiciary address to highlight the enduring importance of the nation’s founding ideals and affirming their shared commitment to those principles.
