• Criminal defense attorney denies missappropriating funds

    (Subscription required) A former chair of the State Bar’s Criminal Law Advisory Commission said he will seek a trial to defend himself against 22 disciplinary counts involving overcharging and misappropriating client money and representing an incarcerated client while acting as his trustee.
