MyCitations: Since its launch in April 2019 through November 2025, more than 328,528 litigants have submitted requests to reduce their fines, resulting in more than $110,286,008 million in reductions. CARE Act: Since the act took effect in October 2023 through November 2025, statewide the courts have received 3092 CARE Act petitions, held 7352 CARE Act hearings, and approved 684 CARE Act agreements or ordered 22 CARE Act plans.
