SAN FRANCISCO--The California Supreme Court today announced the reappointment of Justice Judith L. Haller of the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District and Judge Michael T. Garcia (Ret.) of the Superior Court of Sacramento County, and the appointment of Judge Samantha P.
