Chief Justice Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye, Chair of the Commission on Judicial Appointments, announced that the commission today confirmed two appointees to the Courts of Appeal.

Daniel Bromberg was unanimously confirmed as an associate justice of the Sixth District Court of Appeal in San Jose. It was the first Commission on Judicial Appointments hearing chaired by Chief Justice Patricia Guerrero.
