Ready or Not, Select California Lawyers to Receive Client Trust Fund Audit Notices This Month

(Subscription required) Under a program designed to ensure lawyers are maintaining client funds properly, 100 California lawyers will be notified in October that they've been selected for a mandatory review of their account-handling and record-keeping.
