OCDA will not be removed from trial of Long Beach activist accused of driving through crowd

A judge ruled Monday that the Orange County District Attorney’s Office will not be removed from the prosecution of Tatiana Turner, a social justice activist from Long Beach accused of purposely driving into a crowd of counter-protesters during a violent and chaotic confrontation at a 2020 demonstration in Yorba Linda.
