On Tuesday, the San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors approved the sale of county-owned property at 1134 and 1144 Monterey St. to the Judicial Council of California. The state plans to develop and build a new courthouse at the site after agreeing to pay the county nearly $6.9 million.
