The Metropolitan Water District recently took a group of visitors to see the 13-mile tunnel beneath Mt. San Jacinto that delivers water to Southern California.

In People v. Antonelli, the Supreme Court last week decided yet another case interpreting statutory changes that allow resentencing of defendants who were convicted of murder “under . . . [a] theory under which malice is imputed to a person based solely on that person’s participation in a crime.”

Two University of California law schools have announced they will each have a Supreme Court justice delivering a keynote address at their graduation ceremonies. Justice Leondra Kruger will address UCLA Law’s graduates and UC Davis has scheduled alumna Justice Kelli Evans to speak to its class of 2025.
