Arbitrator orders chief justice to be deposed in State Bar suit

(Subscription required) California Chief Justice Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye must sit for a deposition in the whistleblower retaliation lawsuit brought by former State Bar Executive Director Joseph L. Dunn, an arbitrator ruled Wednesday.
