The Supreme Court today ordered the next California bar exam — scheduled for the end of February — to be “administered online . . . mostly remotely.” The court cited the COVID-19 pandemic as “continu[ing] to limit the State Bar’s ability to administer the [test] in the traditional mass, in-person format.”
