OC Board of Education Petition to Resume In Person Learning Denied by State Supreme Court

Orange County’s Board of Education efforts to sue Gov. Gavin Newsom’s over in person instruction was denied by the state supreme court less than two weeks before classrooms are expected to open up again in the county. The parent union believes distanced learning will affect minority students the most and are beginning recall efforts for Governor Newsom.
