Court of Appeals Announces Destruction of Old Court Records

The Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, has announced its intention to destroy the following civil and criminal records pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 10.1028(d).

The Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, has announced its intention to destroy the following civil records pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 10.1028(d).

Civil cases with case numbers C025395, C028771, C029246, C029439, C039027, C044195, and including and between case numbers C044794 to C058734.

Anyone who knows of a reason any of the records listed should be retained, whether for historical or other reasons, should notify Colette M. Bruggman, Assistant Clerk/Executive Officer. The reasons for retention should be sent in writing by Thursday, April 11, 2020, and should be addressed to:
