Commentary: Law Professor Calls For Waiver of Bar Exam Fee

Waiving the fee for this exam for some retakers would be a small recognition of the need of so many, a supportive measure that could be disproportionately impactful. It would also demonstrate some empathy for the 2020 bar-takers, something largely lacking during all the schedule and test rule changes ahead of the October exam.
