California Supreme Court will rule on allowing 14- and 15-year old to be tried as adults

California prosecutors’ attempt to restore their authority to charge 14- and 15-year-olds in adult court, with sentences of up to life in prison, drew an apparently skeptical response Tuesday in the state Supreme Court.
