Confidential memo advises judges on how to handle ICE agents in courthouses

(Subscription required) A confidential memorandum sent to all of the state's presiding judges and court executive officers by the Judicial Council of California offered suggestions on how courts "might seek to develop solutions if ICE enforcement activities cause a disruption to normal court operations."
