Riverside, San Bernardino counties recruiting temporary judges

(Subscription required) Eight of Riverside County Superior Court's judges will retire in the next 15 months, and as it continues to struggle with vacant positions and a lack of resources, the court is working to expand its list of attorneys who volunteer as temporary judges.
