Eureka petitions state Supreme Court to depublish police arrest video ruling

The city of Eureka has petitioned the California Supreme Court this month to depublish an appellate court decision from July, which ruled that a 2012 Eureka Police Department arrest video sought by the North Coast Journal is not protected under personnel privacy laws.
