Aranda Access to Justice Award recipient - Judge Colleen T. White, Superior Court of Ventura County. She created court programs that aid the homeless, military veterans, elders facing domestic violence, and pregnant women struggling with child custody because of substance abuse.
Santa Clara Superior Court's Chief Information Officer Robert Oyung has been instrumental in helping the council develop its Judicial Branch Technology Plan.
